Financial Literacy

The lack of financial literacy is a major issue within communities throughout the US.  Many households are unfamiliar with even the most basic concepts needed to make sensible saving and investment decisions. This has serious implications for savings, retirement planning, mortgage, and other financial decisions.  Therefore, financial education has become essential for the average family trying to decide how to balance its budget, buy a home, fund the children’s education and ensure an income when the parents retire.

Our literacy program includes understanding budgeting and managing money as well as credit education. It includes teaching the fundamentals of money management and banking and more.

Our program is a free program, and it is on a first-come-first-serve basis.  Please see schedule below for days and times in your local area.
